i started this in toronto with one rule: make a few things well, with ingredients i can explain out loud, and let the rest go.

what we make.

where it's made.
everything is mixed, poured, labelled, and packed by hand in toronto. small batches, shipped within a few days of ordering. nothing sits in a warehouse for a year. nothing comes from a contract manufacturer i've never met.
how we think about ingredients.
the rule is short: every ingredient has to earn its spot. naturally derived where possible, pronounceable, with a clear job to do. no parabens, no synthetic fragrance, no filler oils to make a label look fuller. the full breakdown lives on the ingredients page — what each thing is, what it does, and why it's in there.
the standard.

- minimally preserved, never under-preserved. water-based formulas use Geogard ECT (ecocert/cosmos-approved) at the lowest effective concentration. the lip balm is anhydrous and needs none.
the rhythm.
we make small batches every month. buy what you'll actually use — one product or the set — and come back when it runs out. no stockpiling. nothing going stale at the back of a drawer. no decision fatigue.
who this is for.
