Terms of Sale

1. About these terms
These terms govern the sale of products by Dan's All Natural ("we", "us") to you through dansallnatural.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and ingredients
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Ingredient lists are provided for transparency. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
3. Orders and batch shipping
Orders are produced and shipped in monthly batches. The cutoff for inclusion in a given month's shipment is the 10th of that month. Orders placed after the cutoff roll into the next batch.
4. Subscriptions and recurring billing
Quarterly subscriptions automatically renew every three months at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time using the secure manage-subscription link sent to your email — no account or password required. Two separate timing rules apply: (a) the order cutoff is the 10th of the month and determines which monthly batch your first or one-time order ships in; (b) the subscription billing cutoff is 5 days before each shipment — cancellations made before that charge mean you are not billed and nothing ships; cancellations made after that charge apply to the following box. The Annual Pre-Pay is a one-time charge that covers four boxes upfront — it does not auto-renew, and is non-refundable for boxes already shipped.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your card details.

We currently ship within Canada only. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
7. Returns and refunds
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dan's All Natural is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
