Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available yet.
When we ship
Orders ship within a few days of when they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping cost
Shipping is $12 CAD per order. The set always ships free, and everything else is free on orders over $75. Local taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your province.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery athello@dansallnatural.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the affected items or issue a refund.
Returns
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping.
