Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only, with one exception: we are not able to ship to Quebec at this time. International shipping is not available yet.

When we ship

Orders are produced and shipped in monthly batches. The cutoff is the 10th of each month — order by then to be included in that month's shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff are included in the following month's batch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is $12 CAD per box on every order. Local taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your province.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery athello@dansallnatural.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the affected items or issue a refund.

Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping.

Subscription cancellation

There are two separate timing rules to know:

• Order cutoff: order by the 10th of the month to be included in that month's shipment. Orders after the 10th ship with the following month's batch.
• Subscription billing cutoff: for the Quarterly Subscription, you're billed 5 days before each box ships. Cancel any time before that charge using the secure manage-subscription link sent to your email — no account or password required — and you won't be charged.
